The apples don't fall far...

Apple-picking is a nearly annual event here and something that I always bring my camera to...big surprise, I know. I take photos of EVERYthing. I love the smell of the orchard and the way all the girls start munching before we even get out of the orchard! This year the weather was unseasonably warm which didn't quite give the usual crisp atmosphere to this outing but we had a great time in the sunshine.
Many hundreds of apples were on the ground which seemed a little odd, but there were still plenty on the trees! We especially enjoy picking unusual varieties and we had lots of options this year as well.
And this concludes my first experimental photo post. :)
I have a LOT to learn...
